From A41 / Berkhamsted / Aylesbury

From the A41 take the Tring Road towards Tesco, go straight over the roundabout past Tesco on your left until you reach another mini roundabout with the Robin Hood Pub behind it. Take a right turn at the roundabout and follow Brook Street past the Shell Petrol Station on your right and then the Fire Station on the left. Round this corner (road narrows).

From Pitstone / Dunstable

Join the B488 at the roundabout after Dobbie’s Garden Centre, turning left towards Tring. Follow this road until you reach the Business Park which shall be on the right.

Parking

In 2025 Dacorum Borough Council implemented permit parking only on all residential streets around the business park.  There are about 10 visitor spaces on site so therefore we recommend that you park in one of the three car parks that are only a short walk away.

• • Business Park Visitors Spaces are marked with a P, please only park within these bays. Numbered or lettered bays belong to other businesses and must not be used. After 6pm, however most businesses are closed so parking in these bays should be fine, so long as you display your TMA Car Park Badge (available on request) and do not block any loading doors.
  • Co-Op Car Park, 2-4 Silk Mill Way, Tring HP23 5EP (Free parking – 3-5 min walk)
  • Forge Car Park, 53 High St, Tring HP23 5AG (1st hour free – 3-5 min walk)
  • Church Yard Car Park, 1 Dundale Rd, Tring HP23 5BS (1st hour free – 3-5 min walk)

Other Travel Options

Buses – the closest bus stop is in Brook Street and the 50, 61 and 164 stops here.

Walking – students / parents who are walking on to the business park may use either gate BUT all children MUST be accompanied and not allowed to run off ahead. The Business Park has other users and they might not necessarily be expecting to meet a pedestrian in the road, especially at peak times such as 4 until 6pm.
