Tips for our awesome Martial Art Students! 1. Eat a healthy breakfast every day (and a healthy lunch and dinner too)! 2. Eye’s on who? Eye’s on your teacher (make sure you listen as well). 3. Do your homework as soon as you can and to the best of your ability (remember our student creed, “I will be the best I can be”). 4. Tell your parents when you do well at school and tell them when you need help too. 5. Read every day 6. Go to bed at your bedtime and go to sleep straight away, that’s why computer games have a save function! 7. Make sure you make your classes at TMA regularly, the exercise is good for your health, your mental focus and its great fun too!! #determination, #tma
